     A CITY IN KRASNAYA PRESNYA

     Four kilometers from the Kremlin, on an area of 48 hectares next to the World Trade Centre, an international business center is to be built.

     Does Moscow need a City? Yes, it certainly does. Today, when Russia is building a market economy, its capital cannot do without a modern business center. The project's implementation is undertaken by the government of Moscow. Shares of the City Joint-Stock Company are purchased by our fellow countrymen, who believe in this idea and were not afraid to take a risk.

     Moscow needs modern business centre. In Moscow there is a lack of office premises. In view of fast development of economy to business the uniform platform is favourable to carrying out of business operations in capital.

2. Where does the money for the business center come from?

     Деньги в реализацию проекта бизнес-центра вложили отечественные инвесторы. Российские инвесторы надеются хорошо заработать при успешной реализации проекта.

     This project is interesting to the western investors. However it is carried out under the state control. In Russia a bad investment climate because of corruption and legislation lacks. It constrains attraction of foreign investments.
