A HISTORICO-PHILOSOPHIC ANALYSIS

The article treats the issue of the culture-formation role of law. The notion of a measure as a categorical basis is also substantiated. It is shown that law as a result of the exteriorization of measure relations forms person’s behavior on the basis of self-realization, the latter conditioning the creation of autonomous person­ality and civil society.
