Fitness

You have to be very fit to take part in one of our expeditions. Maybe you think you are generally very fit, but even if you are, you will have to do a lot of training in whatever activity you choose. It's a good idea to check your fitness with your doctor before you start training, then organise a training timetable. Start by training for half an hour three or four days a week, then every day, then an hour a day. We organise training weekends for people once a month, where we can give you lots of advice and help you with your training.
