Creating an Offer with a Cross-Sell or Upsell Attachment

When creating new offers, users can attach any previously entered cross-sell or upsell offer to internal normal offers being entered into IRIS.

To attach a cross-sell offer to a new internal offer – fill in the first part of the new offer form by selecting the item type, item code and campaign name as described in the previous section. Also enter all relevant pricing and refund policy information for the main offer.

 

 

In the “Add Cross-Sell” field, select the Yes radio button.

 

 

Select the offers from the drop-down list and indicate whether this is a Yes or a Nooption based on the choice given to the subscriber. Use the number fields to indicate which order you wish for the cross-sells/upsells to display in and enter additional choices as needed by using the +/- buttons next to the newly added fields.

 

 

 

When the new entry is complete select Create Offer.
