13. The Contract shall be deemed to have been entered into when the Purchaser has sent an acceptance in writing before (истечение срока), provided that there shall be no (обязательный для обеих договаривающихся сторон контракт).

14. If the Contract is (расторгать) in accordance with paragraph 3 hereof, the division of the expenses (нести, понести) in respect of the Contract shall be determined by the agreement between the parties.
